Feature Request: Check for modifications to _not_ enter unversioned subdirs

Hi,

I would like it to work like 'svn status', since we have some heavvy
unversioned (svn:ignored, obviously) directories in our working copies
(mostly unzipped 3rd-party stuff).

Preferably, there would be options for this ("show unversioned files
recursively, show svn:ignored files"), etc.
