I used the ones from ext/build, I saw that build.bat copied them over, so I
figured to use those.

Sure thing. For now I'm using the "quick and dirty" approach to see IF it
can be done and to see which problems will occur.
As soon as I get a working environment, I'll start over in a clean
environment and try to achieve the same results with as little patches /
changes as possible.
Eventually, just starting build.bat (maybe with some extra arguments) should
be enough.
