bug or a feature? repobrowser select item

Hi folks,

when I select 2 or more subdirectories with different parent directories
and then colapse their parents, some of childs remain selected - in
subtree without focus. Sometimes is message poped up after right-clicking
- ``An invalid argument was encountered'', and afterwards it's impossible
to deselect items, left-clicking adds directory to selection and the same
popup is opened.

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.2.6 on WinXP SP1
