Cosmetic issue when removing properties

Hi

Using TSVN 1.2.4 special needs

If I do
right-click, properties
Subversion tab
select a property
click remove

The property value remains in the box, and the dropdown remains on the
same index (as opposed to resetting to the blank one).

If I've just removed a property, I think it would be more intuitive to
clear the textbox.
