Why the VC-Express version? You can get the bare installer from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=5FBC5470-B259-4733-A914-A956122E08E8&displaylang=en

(and if you would keep your computer up to date with windowsupdate,
you'd already have it installed)
