Admittedly gendoc.bat doesn't create the Japanese manuals properly, because
it doesn't use the Japanese xsl and userconfig files (yet, only the Nant
script does this), but the creation never fails on both my machines.
Even though I don't have VS.Net installed on my laptop and thus no makehm, I
don't get an error there.
