I've noticed this morning. Reason: the hhc.exe crashed while
generating the docs. Haven't had the time to analyze further. But I'll
have a look this evening.

Lübbe: can you build the docs with your latest commits in it? Are the
htmlhelp files (*.chm) built too? Mine didn't :(
