Minor UI issue in Revert Dialog

Hi guys,

I frequently use the Revert Dialog to clean up files that i've
modified locally for testing and etc.

Being of a paranoid persuasion, I want to minimize the chance that
I'll end up reverting something that I actually want to keep and I
uncheck the "Select / Deselect All" checkbox while the file list is
still being loaded. The issue that I've noticed is that as soon as
the the files are loaded, they are all selected and the "Select /
Deselect All" checkbox becomes re-checked. It seems that either the
checkbox should be disabled until data is retrieved, or all files
should default their selection to the value in the checkbox at the
time they appear.

Of course this is a tiny little issue, but I figured I'd bring it to
your attention.

Thanks!
-Daniel
