VC-Express

Hi,

As you maybe have noticed or heard, MS is 'giving away' the Visual-C++
IDE for free (the 'Express' version). Now, you can't compile
TortoiseProc, TortoiseShell or the cache with that one, but you can
compile TortoiseBlame, SubWCRev and ResText. So if you want to help out
with those tools, grab the VC-Express here:
