TSVNCache

Sometimes when I look at a very large directory on the server (3667 files,
936 folders) explorer locks up. This directory has nothing to do with
version control. In taskmanager I see the memory usage for TSVNCache
increasing. If I end the TSVNCache process the problem goes away.
