Folder saved before name change on creation.

Using TSVN nightly 1.3 build 5039
Windows 2003 SP1

When I create a new folder in a window, windows explorer saves
and sorts the folders before I get a chance to change it's name.
I imagine that this has something to do with TSVN trying to update
the status icons in a folder when a change is detected.

I remember this problem ocurring in the past but seemingly
solved in TSVN 1.2.6.

My apologies if this problem has already been reported.
