There seems to be a problem with the MS VC runtime package:
MFC etc. are now "micro-versioned" (VS2k5 Beta1, Beta2 and Final
are mutual incompatible). Hopefully, the next TSVN64 release will
fix this issue.

For the current version, there is workaround: use the 64-bit shell
integration
and let the 32bit TSVN do the real work. To do this, you have to

* install TSVN32 (preferably v1.2.6)
* download TSVN64 1.2.4
* and follow the instructions for a "mixed" installation
