The TortoiseProc.exe is uploaded. Download here:

The Commit-Groups dialog can be invoked by the command:
"TortoiseProc.exe /command:commitgroups".

This is just in a demo stage and has many inconsistencies and
unimplemented stuff. Many usability and integration issues need to be
worked out. Comments most welcome.
