So I guess then it's not a "real" application with the name "Drag".

So it really might be the explorer which is hanging. But I still can't
reproduce this. Neither by dragging a big file from the network share to
the local disk, nor by dragging the file from the local disk to the
network share. This either means you have some other shell extensions
installed which make explorer hang because they don't work properly with
TSVN, or you have something else configured on your system which I don't
have.
But I have no clue what that could be. Sorry.

Maybe someone else can reproduce this behavior?
