I've ordered MSDN prof. three weeks ago, but the DVD's haven't arrived
yet because MS has problems with delivery. Obviously, they didn't expect
such a run for VS2005 and simply don't have that many DVD's to ship
ready. But I've started the VS2005 download in the office today, which
should be (hopefully) finished tomorrow. So I'll install the new version
this weekend and will then start to convert the project files.

That will also mean that I will provide the nightly builds from then on,
unless of course Russell has VS2005 too and wants to do the builds himself.

That depends on how many files need changing. I already automatically
patch apr-iconv by keeping the changed file in the TSVN repo and copying
it over to the iconv directory just before the build.

I know that these two don't depend on each other. But I think a week
will be enough to test this conversion - I guess MS didn't change the
crt/MFC/ATL/... libs that much, after all they have to be compatible.

That's why I want to do the conversion before the 1.3 release. Otherwise
I'll have to keep VS2003 installed just to build the 1.3.x releases.
