Are you referring to the re-wording about ignored files in r4979? I am
talking about using the phrase 'nothing to *add*' in the Resolved
dialog. I don't think that has changed recently.

It could be fixed by changing to 'There is nothing to do.', or as in the
commit dialog, 'There's nothing for TortoiseSVN to do here'.

However, in this case the bit about ignored files is irrelevant to
resolving, so maybe it should have a separate message like:

'There are no conflicts to resolve.'
