More requests from users list

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the rapid fix on the last 2 items :-)

Here are three more requests from the users list, and two from me.

1. In the commit dialog you can add single files to the ignore list, but
if multiple lines are selected, there is no add-to-ignore in the context
menu.

2. In explorer, when multiple items are selected and you go to the
ignore menu, there is a sub-menu with only 1 item in. Is it possible to
eliminate the sub-menu where it contains only 1 entry, and promote that
entry up a level to save mouse clicks?

3. In TMerge you can use Ctrl-Wheelmouse to scroll left/right, but there
is no keyboard equivalent (that I could find). How about Ctrl-left/right
arrow? Or even use the unmodified arrows?

4. If you select Resolved... from the context menu and there is nothing
to resolve, the dialog which pops up says "All files are already under
version control. There's nothing to add!"

5. F5 does not work in the Resolved, Add, Revert or Create Patch dialogs.

Simon
