Proposal: Show messagebox when no difference

Hi!
We use TortoiseSVN from command line (TortoiseProc.exe). And behavior
of diff command was changed in situation when there is no difference:
in past time TSVN runs diff program anyway, now it silently exits. I
propose to show messagebox with text like: "No difference found" or
run diff program.
