There is, but I think it's way too long (whenever tigris.org doesn't
respond, you'll have to wait about half an hour for the timeout(!!)).

Not really. I've asked Jason Robbins *every time* I sent a mail about
TSVN repo not responding if I can have a direct collab.net mail address.
No luck at all.

Let's hope Sourceforge will soon introduce Subversion hosting, so we can
get rid of bad support.
