Can you clarify - did you really delete it (shift delete) or did you
send it to the recycle bin?

I know it must seem that you are personally giving Stefan a lot of
headaches, but its really helpful that you are able to spend this time
cornering the cache problems before 1.3.0 goes live. I can say that
because I don't have to find or fix them ;-)
