I installed a nightly build (TortoiseSVN-1.3.0.4978-dev-svn-1.3.0.msi) and
couldn't reproduce the bug there, but only because the spelling checker
didn't work at all. During install I only specified the US dictionary. I've
copied the en_US.aff and en_US.dic files to C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin
and got the spelling checker working.
The bug is still there.
