Feature request for tortoisesvn

When selecting Tortoisesvn Commit there is an unversioned files option
(check box) so that we can find files which were not added using
subversion. However, this check box produces a very long list of files,
including obj files which get in the way of finding these files. It
would be nice if this checkbox had a filtering feature, so only files
that end in .c or .cpp or .h for example would be visible, or
alternatively be able to filter out certain file suffixes as not
visible.
