Feature Request: Commit like dialog for copy wc to branch operation

Hi!

We've tried to use "commit every change to separate branch" approach and
encountered problem that there is no way to control which files will be in
branch. So, to commit every change to separate branch we need to do "Check for
modifications" first.

Is it possible to add for this operation commit-like dialog which will show
changed files and will allow to pick which files we'd like to commit?
