Problem with repository browser compare

Hello,
When I compare (Compare Revisions) two branches A and B using the
repository browser I get an inconsistent result.
In particular, several files are claimed to be only present on B whereas
this is wrong.

I have the same problem with the unified diff.

I tried to search the news history and bug tracking tool, but I did but
find this problem described.

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.2.6, Build 4786 - 32 Bit

I upgraded recently from 1.2.4, which was able to compare revisions in
the repository browser, despite minor display bugs.
