Feature Request: Count of number of differences.

Dear Tortoise Developers,
We would really like to know the count of the number of lines which are
different in Windows Explorer. It could be a new "Column" like one of
these:
I've made a mock-up of the column, which I've called "Differences", in
this screen-capture.
Note that binary files would not show the number of lines, just "Binary", "Different",
"Changed" or something like that:
