Multiple Files with the same name exist in my repository, because each has a different alpha-case

Dear TortoiseSVN Team,

Let me start by saying I love your product and use it daily in my
professional web development projects. Okay onto the bug:

Title:
Multiple file with the same name exist in my repository due to different
alpha-case

Problem:
Repro:
Somehow I was able to commit:
MotoAdvisor-mysqldump.sql on 10/27
and
motoadvisor-mysqldump.sql on 11/2

I only ever use your GUI, so it's not like it was based off my own
command-line interactions with the SVN server.

Expected:
When I tried to commit a file with the same name (according to the Win/DOS
platform) it should have detected that. What should have occurred at that
point is the copy already in the repository with the slightly different name
should have been renamed to match the case-variations of the newer copy.

Thanks,
Christian Blackburn
