FW: Commit dialog

Hi,
I was about to request a feature (keeping the commit dialog open when the
commit is unsuccessful) when I found this:

Apparently it's not high priority so I decided to take a look at it myself.
I actually wrote the code, it didn't take too much but got stuck building
the damn thing. The number of dependencies for tortoiseproc is somewhat
overwhelming. It seems I have to setup the subversion build as well.
I was wondering if it would be possible to have the lib files downloadable
somewhere?
The file I got stuck on is this:
'../../ext/Subversion\Debug\subversion\libsvn_repos\libsvn_repos-1.lib'

But I can see a bunch of similar files following that I don't have.

Just in case I'm also submitting the patch
