How do you select the second file when you invoke kdiff3 using SendTo?
I've never used kdiff3 so I don't understand how you use it.
For TortoiseMerge you can compare any two files by selecting them in
an explorer window and on the context menu select SVN Diff. Is it
something else you're trying to do?
