Don't think it is the build. The tsvn subversion server doesn't appear
to be responding. I can't do a show log either, nor can I even view the
sourcecode from tortoisesvn.tigris.org.

Reason for the blank update log is that it appears the client doesn't
time out very quickly (i.e. took an hour before I got the error message)
so the upload to the server happened before the client errored.
