Suggestion: TSVNCache updated by Check for modifications

This request might be unnecessary once the cache works flawlessly. But
it could provide a natural second more specifically targeted "refresh"
option than F5.

Would it be possible to propagate the information collected by "Check
for modifications" to the status cache? It has struck me on multiple
occasions as a natural flow of information. I often do "Check for
modifications" on sub-trees of a WC where I suspect (or know) that there
have been modifications.

Since the command does the job of traversing the whole structure, would
it not be a good thing if this information would be used to update the
status cache right away?
