How does the attached .png file look to you?
If thats how you would like it to be seen then just :-
Right click on TortoiseSVN - Look and Feel and tick just those entries
you don't wish to see when browsing non versioned folders.
You dont need to tick everything.

And the documenters have done an excellent job preparing what are really
useful manuals, so encourage colleagues to browse too.
