In non working copy folders, the only entries you see are 'Checkout' and
'TortoiseSVN'. If you want to make 'Checkout' disappear then go to
Settings->Look&Feel and make sure 'Checkout' is checked. Then you will
have a single "TortoiseSVN->" entry in your context menu. Surely 1 entry
is not too much?
