Disconnected revgraph nodes and wrong URLs

Hi Stefan,

I graphed a file which had been renamed and got some strange results.
The file was moved from /trunk/blazeConfig/Printers.ini to
/trunk/blazeConfig/BPPrinters.ini, but according to the revgraph it is
directly in trunk in some places. There are also some disconnected
nodes. Do you want the tmp files used to create this graph or is this a
bug which has already been fixed?
