We did move our server when 1.2.3 came out, but I don't think we'll move
to 1.3.x for the server for a long time to come. There is nothing
compelling that I can see in the release notes for moving.

The client looks a little better, the main change being the empty prop
files for us (we version boost which has lots of files etc) so we may
move to a 1.3.x client at some point.
