Status icons not being updated in 1.2.4

Hi,

Both I and a colleague have noticed that sometimes the status icons are
not updated after a commit. I have just committed from the root of my
project and all the folders where I have made changes are still showing
the red exclamation mark icon even after several minutes and lots of
F5s.TSVNCache is running. We are using TSVN 1.2.4 "Special Needs
Edition"(and thus can't upgrade to 1.2.5 as it's not available yet).

I've just noticed that if I go one folder up to the folder that contains
the root folder of the project and then press F5, then the icons are
updated correctly (even if you go back into the project's folder).

For some reason, it's not updating the status icons if you press F5
while in the project folder - only if you're one folder up.
