TMerge Doc

Hi

Simon, in the 1.2.4 TMerge helpfile, there are two blank TOC/index nodes
in the tree - TortoiseMerge | Using TortoiseMerge | Settings | item1/2

I don't know enough to provide a patch, unfortunately - I couldn't see
any missing IDs or <title>s, which is about the limit of what I know to
look for. Sorry. I don't know if they're still missing in the trunk,
which is what I looked at.
