Yeah, I know I could create a scheduled task or script to do it. That'd
be fine. I just figured it'd be easier if it was already built into
TSvn. That's the only reason I mentioned it - to see if anyone else
agrees with me and/or would benefit from it. In the meantime, I'll
definitely create a script of some sort to handle it.

I think a script could call SVN to do this and operate as you say over
all repositories, whereas TSVN is more or less geared to only work on
the folder you have open + it's subordinate folders.
And sorry if I seemed flippant with my previous answer, your local
repository scenario never entered my mind.
