Not yet. That feature is only available for Subversion 1.3 and later. So
it's not in the 1.2.5 release of TSVN yet, since that one is linked
against Subversion 1.2.3.

We're not providing that special release on our own. Usually someone
else creates that build, uploads it and we then upload it to sourceforge.
