I suppose the only inconsistency is that TSVN *does* allow you to create
repositories but not administer them afterwards. My advice would be
learn the cl client but as Michael stated, he doesn't know what the cl
client is because so far TSVN let him do the most basic admin task of
creating a repository.

Perhaps we should just remove that functionality so the product is more
consistent :)
