A simple search of the mailing list would have answered your
question instantly rather than your having to post and wait
for an answer. (Isn't instantaneous gratification better?)

That said, you can run 32-bit internet explorer which will
work just find w/ 32-bit TSVN (I usually turn on the folder
view and then it looks just like windows explorer.)

Or there is an experimental 64-bit build:
