I take the following steps:
1) Right click on working folder, not the repository.
2) Select TortoiseSVN/Show Log.
3) Left click on specific revision in revision history window of dialog
and specific files that changed appears in the lower window of the
dialog.
4) Double click on the file that changed. If it is a text type file,
a brilliant difference report appears between this revision and the
previous revision. If it is a type .doc. Then a Microsoft Word window
appear that is blank. One version of the .doc flashes in the frame
initially, but disappears.
