The revision number is included as part of the TSVN installer's filename.
When installed, it's also present in the 'About' dialog.

A new release will probably be made when there's enough critical stuff
to sanction it.
If you don't fancy waiting for it, you can grab a nightly (see the
download page).
They're pretty stable.. most of the time.
