problems with svn repository?

Hey, I've tried checking out the tortoise sourcecode trough tortoise
last night, and got this error:

REPORT request failed on '/repos/svn/!svn/vcc/default'
REPORT of '/repos/svn/!svn/vcc/default': Compressed response was
truncated (https://svn.collab.net)

I then tried trough straight svn on a linux box, and got the same thing.
Before this error comes up, it stalls for a very long time.

Does anybody know what's up? I couldn't find zipped up packages of the
sourcefiles.
