A bug/request

Hi Guys,

First of all I want to thank you for all your work, TortoiseSVN works great and have helped our project great deal.

I have one request/bug I'd like to report.

The Exclude/Ignore list has 1 flaw. When I run an ADD operation over a folder, nothing gets ignored, which makes the add a problem when you have Excluded/ignored a bunch of files/folders through configuration using wildcards.
