Ups, I noticed that I had both the old and new TSVN installed. I guess
the current installer does not remove the 1.2.4 release before
installing the latest nightly?

I removed all TSVN installations, rebooted, installed the nightly,
rebooted, and the commit still failed with the above error.
I now reinstalled the official 1.2.4 release and the commit now works.
