[TSVN] BUG: F5 in log view acts like "Show All" ...

I did "Show Log" on an item, and as I expected, a window appeared
holding the most recent log messages. I did a checkin on another
machine, and I hit the F5 key, and expected to see essentially the
same data in the window, but with the addition of the newly-checked-in
item. Instead, the window paused for a long time, and when it finally
repainted, it contained _all_ the log messages for that item --
exactly as if I'd clicked the "Show All" button.
