[TSVN] Tortisesvn install problem on Windows XP

Lübbe,

I am definitely using the same msi file, I downloaded it once and ran it
from the same location on both machines.

I believe that the error message is being produced by windows msi installer.
I do have all of the latest updates on both machines.

If I try to uninstall the old copy of TortoiseSVN, version 1.1.3.2502, I get
exactly the same error message. The laptop had a later version on it, I do
not remember what it was.
