I have the latest version installed... I just unlocked my machine and
TSVNCache.exe is using 50% of the proc and has been for 10 minutes
now... the machine has been up for a couple of days.

TortoiseSVN 1.2.4, Build 4479 - 32 Bit
Windows XP

Subject: [TSVN] TSVNCache in rev 5470 on XP spinning CPU cycles on
startup.

Hi devs

The nightly has been run and rev 5470 is up for grabs.
However on XP Pro on startup the CPU usage sat on 95% and continued to
do so solid for 10 mins until killed.

The icons had been displayed at the root of WCs, but not all showed the
correct WC file state.
Memory usage seemed stable.

After a restart the cache ran for less than a minute at varying amounts
up to %33 and has now settled at 0% with the icons now reflecting the
true state of the WC files.

Peter.
