Questions sent to a users list may get answered by other users more
frequently than on a developers list. People reading the dev list but
not actually contributing to the application may be reluctant to speak
up on the dev list, whereas they may feel more inclined to respond to
questions sent to a users list.

Why not give it a try and set it up. Stefan, you should not feel
obliged to monitor/respond to questions on the user list, but just
wait until the other users direct the question to the dev list.
