[TSVN] BUG: Copy versioned files doesn't work across projects

If so, could you at least check if this is the same project
*after* the user selects "Copy versioned files"?
(and display an error message if necessary)
It's better than this meaningless error message on commit
and I guess it can be done with no time penalty.
